Location

13 Fitzroy Street London W1T 4BQ United Kingdom

Description

The Fitzrovia Partnership invites you to take part in a new initiative that Fitzrovia has been selected to pioneer, working with Transport for London and Camden Council. With the transformation of Tottenham Court Road through Camden Council’s West End Project, this is an opportune moment to consider the efficiency of deliveries locally.

If the project is successful, Fitzrovia will be the first to lead the way on delivery solutions in London and be used as a best practice example.

Background from Transport for London

What’s your business’s freight footprint?
How much money and time could you save by streamlining your deliveries? Transport for London is offering a hands-on action-planning workshop to Fitzrovia businesses to discuss just this – and we’d like to invite you to an advance preview.

In this highly interactive workshop, TfL will introduce simple but effective solutions from their Efficient Deliveries toolkits for business (see tfl.gov.uk/efficientdeliveries) to support your deliveries and servicing in the context of the West End Project. It will cover tried and tested measures London businesses have taken to save time and money and improve air quality and the public realm - by reducing traffic from personal deliveries, streamlining waste collections and moving deliveries outside of the busiest times.

Whether you are already committed to making a change to deliveries, or if you just want some ideas, the workshop couples inspiration with easy, achievable actions to make a tangible difference.

Registration is from 8am.

We very much look forward to seeing you there,

The Fitzrovia Partnership Team
